Cloud-walker Johnny Applegate finds he has the ability to create reality. At first unknown, he finds individuals like him that could use the imagination to spawn things into existence with the metaphysical knowledge of the pineal gland. A poor boy he is who scavenges for ramen packets and beer on the occasion, down on his luck finds there are others that do these manifestations without having them seen and thats the trick to staying hidden as what the government labels his kind as being a "Never".

Slowly figuring out how to use this newfound ability he causes many accidents and seeks to form a perfect balance between man and these God given powers. Even in his mistakes he still wished to be the good guy, the problem in this would be that it was already too late to be seen as the good guy. Already, having this strength of mind was seen as an abomination; to make it worse the system is able to track down individuals simply by the distortions caused in the frequencies that was emitted naturally now that the person had been awakened.

Children have powerful imaginations, I do wonder if they are trying to tell us something.

What is the dream of someone one with nothing? It can only be everything, right? Are we all ever so the "good guy" if we seek better for ourselves than others? Is it.. that we are evening the score?

Across the world there became familiar a mysterious phenomenon, news reports would make it out to be freak accidents but those involved knew it was much more than that. The imagination is a powerful thing and with it you had the ability to change the world for better or for worse. Individuals with this control over reality were seen as a problem needing to be taken out for the good of every person. The strange occurrences often involved the injury or death of a person, destruction to the city was also a regular happening. It’s unknown how people began to develop their psyche to this point but to what is certain, the pineal gland was at the core of humanities latest evolution. The ones who knew how to command this force within their mind as well as in the space around them were known as the nefelibata.

In 2086, about 4 years ago, the government had information leaked mentioning how this world is constructed by metaphysical concepts. Essentially, we’re making the rules up as we go and the only reason society holds together like it does is because of the belief system that has been carved into the human race that something such as manipulating the physical existence would be impossible. Perhaps it was a secret kept by the gods in disguise on this earth, after all this life was beginning to seem more like fantasy every day. Those in power sought a way to capture and study the gifted, who had no other option but to run in the hopes of flying free…  It’s not that bad though, having no strings attached means you can do whatever you want.
