He is at the world's most luxurious mall. They sell pens directly from the government that whatever is written comes true; Gosling steals one of these pens and goes on the run. He hides in a movie theatre and eats chocolate, he enters a car race on a motorcycle and rides 3rd place.

"Doesn't he know how dangerous that is?"

"I don't know but he looks like he knows what he's doing."

He later with his friends guidance in disguise as a jeweler sneaks out the jungle-way of the environment mall to find he's been shot by the government.

He gets blurry vision trying to get up and snakes surround him.

He cries to his friend the jeweler

"I dont.. want to die.."

—And he fades out. He wakes up in a hospital, all his wounds patched up. The government impressed he was able to get his hands on the pen meant that it was suppose to find his hand. He is able to keep the pen at the end as a gift as he is in the bed eating his meal.

After eating his pudding cup... he writes on a napkin... "Be happy."
