Fallen Angel Navabelle. A young girl perfect in all she does; if she does art she paints a masterpiece every time, worth all the money in the world. If she picks up a basketball, she dunks, shoots 3-pointers and dribbles through the court without effort, in a school debate she is successful without even opening her mouth and if doing so the other person becomes so embarrassed they will no longer have the courage to open theirs. She excels at everything she does immediately, and at first attempt... and... that's the problem she's having.
Being perfect... is it really that perfect? If you're just good at everything all the time then how do you know what you're supposed to be? "What am I supposed to do with my life? What do I do about myself?"
Her journey is one to never forget that even the angels hated being perfect. Yet in that same perfection there is flaw unnoticed to beings that were seen to be what they believed. Is she really an angel or is she just blessed like one? Is it a blessing or is it a curse? A cure? For what? For an S?
Navabelle navagates through high-school with a group of small town friends in a big city. Even there she has her doubts about who is really on her side and who is not.
So alone, so cold, so mysterious as her nature. Even so, she finds sort of companionship among others in this strange world where much that should have been normal along has finally been made normal. There are all sorts of boys and girls that attend Evergreen High; from aliens to demi-humans, strigs, creatures of earth that finally were allowed to speak, trees, ghosts that can cut through the frequencies to learn of how to be wholly once more... Theres also.. whatever that thing is..—Stands by window seeing a being with a thousand eyes and many wings pass by.
It's a pretty boring life; everyone gets along. Nava however, doesn't like to get along with anyone. She wants to know how to get rid of her perfection and be imperfect and so her walk becomes that of moving towards directions that would have her to seem less than what she is.
