The point is that through his coding he Discovers becoming the head of a logistic firm where he is the head programmer, in this he gains an armor and this amour is GOD. And it speaks to him, “I will protect thee” and though the anime will have moments of uncertainty where it seems the armor will fail due to the main characters lack of faith in his coding skills, it will always prevail.
He basically is fixing the minds and imaginations that pop up in the head of others that comes from a computer virus he is essentially battling every time he is coding and this coding reflects to his world as people begin to realize that he is changing reality as we know it to fix everyone’s mental programming that was established from the beginning of time.
