Guy who always has candy on him, mainly candy cigarettes and eats them properly. He basically is always at the right place to deck people if they get too comfortabtle with children. He gives them candy afterwards that will ward them away and keep them connected in case they ever need help and he can send someone like himself to assist.
The children listen to him and they form a child army to kill pedophiles by playing the fools. Basically acting in sense to get people to lust over them to kill the pedophiles hiding but expose them when they are shown through the paradigm of showing heartfult lust toward the child.
The children also in this sense seek to find people adults that are also like him to find who to trust with carrying out even more stealthed missions in the traffick industry to kill, expose, jail and torture as many pedophiles as they can.
